Maiona & Maiona, PC was established on the premise of offering clients our years of legal experience to achieve the best possible result at a reasonable cost. We have been able to achieve this goal by dividing our two limited practice areas of Family Law and Immigration Law between experienced attorneys who lead each practice area. Each department is headed by an attorney who practices solely in that area of law to give you the best possible representation for your legal issues.

We maintain three offices in which to serve our clients legal needs. Our main office is centrally located in Boston, Massachusetts and our satellite offices are in Burlington, Saugus and Framingham, Massachusetts. Since we believe that you should never pay for legal representation until you know you are hiring an experienced and knowledgeable professional, we do not charge for our initial consultation. This consultation can be performed in person or, if preferred by the client, we can perform the consultation over the telephone.

Our firm consists of four attorneys, as well as one attorney who is of counsel to the firm and several law clerks and paralegals. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. Members of our staff are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese to help our non-English speaking clients.
