IMMIGRANT VISAS & LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCY
Employment based Legal Permanent Residency ("Green Card"):
- PERM Alien Labor Certification - Nationwide: our office will instruct the employer directly in how to register the company with the US Department of Labor so that a PERM application may be e-filed and processed for the employee; along they way we assist the company in preparing the necessary recruitment campaign, advertising, notice posting, preparing and keeping an Audit File and reviewing any US applicants; we prepare and file the necessary documents with the US Department of Labor, and US Citizenship & Immigration Services and keep employer and employee updated as to the progress of the process.

FAMILY BASED PETITIONS
Family based Legal Permanent Residency ("Green Card"):
- Marriage to a United States Citizen (spouse), including Removal of Conditions of Temporary Residency: our office will review your case, prepare the necessary applications, advise you in obtaining the necessary documentary evidence and be present with you at the adjustment interview before the District Adjudications Officer at the local US Citizenship & Immigration Services office
